Asset / Software License / Maintenance Dashboards
- Select, Create, Share dashboards at the top of the incompass guide.
- Add new dashboard panels at the top right corner of the guide.
- Drag and drop to any desired location as panels are modular.
- Click on the desired panel in the dashboard to drill down on data.
View Asset / Software License / Maintenance Lists
- View asset, software and maintenance lists from the left navigation of the guide.
- Click the plus sign at the top right to add new records to the list.
- Download a CSV or XLS copy of the list at the top right.
- Filter to customize data before downloading a CSV/Excel for a specific report.
- Customize the data being shown in the list by clicking the wrench at the top right of the guide.
- Drill down to a desired record by clicking the assets showed in the list.
- Upload multiple assets into the list by utilizing the navigation menu.
View Asset / Software License / Maintenance Records
- Customize fields and pages by clicking the wrench at the top of the guide.
- View audit log of the record to see changes made.
- Edit and update records by selecting the pencil icon at the top right.
- Delete records that are no longer needed by clicking the red trash can icon at the top.
- Use and edit quick actions at the top right of the guide to change action icons needed.
- Add and view attachments to the record on the right side of the guide by uploading needed files.
- Create and view related records like assets, software and maintenance on the right side of the guide.
- Edit field values on the record by clicking the pencil next to the desired field.
